These terms govern the use of the glup.ai service (the "Service"), operated by SVELL. By using the Service, you accept these terms.
glup.ai is a browser extension that provides access to an AI-powered conversational assistant, directly on the web pages you visit. The Service offers a limited free plan and a paid plan.
Access to the Service requires creating an account via your email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your email inbox and for activities carried out from your account. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over.
The Pro subscription is billed monthly, in advance, via our payment provider Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars. As a French micro-enterprise benefiting from the VAT exemption, VAT does not apply (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no justification, from the management area available in the extension. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep Pro access until that date, then your account automatically returns to the free plan. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, subject to the withdrawal right below.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by requesting immediate access to the Service, you agree that its performance begins before the end of this period and you waive your right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already provided. You agree not to use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes, or to generate content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of abusive, fraudulent, or automated use.
The Service is provided "as is". The assistant relies on AI models whose responses may contain errors; they do not constitute professional advice and must be verified. We cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the responses provided, nor for temporary interruptions of the Service.
The glup.ai brand, logo, and Service elements are the property of SVELL. These terms grant you no ownership rights over the Service.
We may modify these terms at any time. In case of a substantial change, you will be informed. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use an alternative dispute resolution procedure where applicable.
