This policy describes how SVELL ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the glup.ai extension and service (the "Service").

1. Data controller

The data controller is SVELL, a sole proprietorship registered in France, 2 rue de la papeterie, 95610 Eragny, France. For any question regarding your data, contact us at contact@glup.ai.

2. Data we collect

We limit collection to what is strictly necessary to provide the Service:

• Email address: used to create your account and send you sign-in codes.
• Conversation content: the messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to generate a response.
• Usage data: the number of messages sent, to manage your quota and subscription.
• Payment data: if you subscribe, payment information is processed directly by our provider Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and operate the Service (authentication, assistant responses);
• Manage your free quota and your subscription;
• Contact you when needed regarding the Service;
• Ensure security and prevent abuse.

We never use your conversations for advertising purposes, and we do not sell them.

4. Subprocessors and data sharing

To operate, the Service relies on third-party providers that process certain data on our behalf:

• OpenAI: to generate the assistant's responses. Your messages are sent to it for the time needed to produce an answer.
• Stripe: for secure payment processing.
• Resend: to send sign-in emails.
• Railway: to host the service and database.

These providers may be located outside the European Union. Where that is the case, appropriate safeguards govern the transfer of data in accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR).

5. Data retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Sign-in codes are deleted after a few minutes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@glup.ai. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Communications with the Service are encrypted, and your card details never pass through our servers.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. In case of a significant change, we will inform you by an appropriate means. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
